Vyond for Instructional designer and Storyline users. What's your opinion?

Jun 03, 2020

Integrating cool animations in eLearning modules is becoming more and more popular, and brands like Vyond are advertising their tools among L&D professionals. I've been experimenting with Vyond and other tools for a while now and share my experience with IDs contemplating the idea of buying the tool. Here is a case study about this project (one module only showcased. the project included 6 of them) we built for a French client.  In the case study/video, I talk about what went well, what was more painful, and what I'd recommend. By the way, it's non-sponsored, I'm just a customer of both Articulate and Vyond ;).

Vyond is simple enough for a motivated ID to learn and create super videos. But how good is it really? Is it solid to sustain long animations? It wasn’t originally made for long videos, so how does it behave when we push its limits?

If you ever used Vyond what's your experience? How do you like the tool? Ever had any issues?

I hope you enjoy it :)
