Want to prefill text box with data outside SCORM file

This may not be doable, but worth a shot. We have a course evaluation for all courses in order for the learner to receive continuing ed credits. I would like to try to reuse the same SCORM file without having to make a custom on for each course. BUT - when reporting from the LMS, all data appears under the same SCORM file name and you don't know which course the evaluation responses go to. I know I can put in a question asking the learner to enter the name of the course they are evaluating, but would love to help them out by seeing if you could pull in the course name for them using API or anything else. This makes it so they get the exact name correct instead of misspelling anything, or trying to create a drop down to select from dozens of course names.

Open to any creative ideas.
