for our general elearning productions we use Power point as a scripting-tool. Mostly because it is easy to send to our clients for a review.
Now as we want to do game based learning I am looing for a script-tool that is easy to handle and has the possibilty to export a script that the client can work on or rather do his review.
Do you have any experience with such tools or an advice?
Do they need to be able to edit the file? If not, I would recommend just saving the PPT file as a PDF and having them use the comments feature to give their feedback.
If you're looking to create game-based e-learning courses, I would suggest using Articulate Storyline, since it makes creating branching scenarios so easy thanks to the Story View (see screenshot). It also allows you to publish your project as a Word file, allowing reviewers to easily edit the text.

Hi Allison,
thanks for your answer!
Yes they should be able to edit. A pdf we already use, but it's more the branched structure of game based learning I want to show within the tool.

Thanks. So you wouldn't start with a script in the first place but start directly working in Articulate?
Yeah I would, that way when everything is scripted you're already ready to go!
