Wanted: talented multimedia learning developer to join our team

This is a fulltime position at our Plymouth, Michigan headquarters. You’ll work with corporate learning team members and SMEs from our manufacturing sites to create online learning materials using rapid e-learning development tools. Candidates must have a proven ability to develop materials beyond “click and read” using relevant and significant content to focus the learner on essential information and instruction. Using “don’t make me think” navigation, materials must be short, concise, and tied directly to learners’ performance.

 

Requirements:

You’ll need the following:

 

• In-depth experience developing instructionally sound e-learning, including online practice interactions and simulations
• Ability to segment and sequence topics to manage complex content
• Advanced PowerPoint 2010 skills
• Experience with Articulate Studio ’09 and Captivate 5
• Ability to use Camtasia Studio 7 when appropriate
• Experience with recording, editing, and producing basic video and audio
• Basic graphic design skills in PowerPoint
• Familiarity with social learning tools is a plus
