Website Search Bar Not Working: Chrome vs Explorer

I've noticed the search bar produces results when using Chrome, but not Internet Explorer. Has anyone else run into this issue?

I came across other posts offering workarounds for the problem (i.e., use google to search the site), but nothing that was browser specific.
