Thanks for posting your question here in the forums. Is it possible this person was referencing the Content Library templates that are available in Storyline 360 and that come with an Articulate 360 subscription? There is a template called "Flow", maybe this is what they are referring to.
To work with the "Flow" template, pop into Storyline and from the Slides tab on the ribbon, click Content Library. From there, you can search keyword "Flow" to find all the slides in that particular template.
