The latest version of SumTotal is 8.8. They changed the naming convention so it reads: SHCM2012 LM 8.8. I am currently in the process of upgrading to that version. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.

We are going to their Results on Demand (ROD) platform; but I believe the functionality is the same whether you choose the ROD version or a hosted version.
One of the best things when I moved from CA to IN and changed universities, not having to try and make eLearning modules work in Sumtotal anymore.
I am hoping 8.8 fixed a lot of the problems with non IE browsers (only thing I used IE for was logging into the administration tools). For those of you fighting the good fight with that particular windmill, I salute you!

Unfortunately the official SumTotal website doesn't say anything about the latest version of the LMS :(
Give them a call. That should at least give you an accurate response.
