This doesn't look like it was built in either Storyline or Studio, it looks like an HTML page to me. You could always use Storyline to build a template and/or course that closely resembles this layout.
I agree; doesn't look like Storyline or Studio. But you could definitely do something very similar in Storyline with a bit of effort. The "Print All" link in the upper right might prove to be a bit of a problem...
This looks like it was done in either Quizmaker/Presenter or Storyline. I haven't seen a template with this purple-ish header bar before, but it is easy enough the create. As with any quiz, you don't have to show a results slide at the end.

Thanks Michael..
I tried doing that in Storyline. But when I try to Preview the whole thing. It looks identical but low grade copy.
And when I try to do it in Quizmaker '09. The theme can't be edited..

I did tried it Storyline using the slide master for the purple bar and the white box..
The problem is, the question goes into the purple box.. :(
You can move the question text and answers around. See attached a very quick mockup; looks pretty close to your screenshot. You can fiddle around with some more to make it look exactly like you want it.

Teejay - what is the attraction of using templates and/or replicating someone else's work exactly?
It's good to take something, and then add your own design/spin to it for a client.
I'll be marking down that key point Bruce,
