Hi there. I'm building a little practice project on my free trial. I'd like to publish it so then I could click through it and experience it as a regular viewer would (with narration, quiz) but I'm afraid that if I publish it now I won't be able to make other final edits. Once I publish can I make edits and then re-publish? Or is it just publish once and that's it? Thank you.
you can publish and view as many times as you want. Upload to Articulate Review if using 360, Articulate tempshare (web view) if using SL3 or Scormcloud (industry standard LMS) for testing.
Ok, thank you. But I'm also wondering about making edits to a project after it's been published. Once a project has been published, is it still possible to make edits to it and then re-publish it? (or something like that) Or once a project is published, is it absolutely finalized and no more edits can me made at all?
HI, if I publish during the trial and send the story to my professor, will she be able to see it without the software? same for me, if i do not renew, will be both be able to see the final product?
Hi Mariam! I had a similar situation and YES you can still see the final product. I uploaded my final project to Blackboard Coursesites (free LMS) and provided my professor with access to the course. A year later, I still had access to my uploaded final project in Blackboard Coursesites. Also, you might consider getting a free Amazon S3 account so you can save your project and access it again should you decide to purchase a Storyline subscription in the future. Here's the Rapid E-Learning Blog about saving & sharing your Storyline projects. Hope this helps!

An addition to what Wendy replied: There is no difference in number of publishing options either you use a trial version or a purchased version.
You can re-edit and publish infinte no. of times.
Enjoy using Articulate 360!
