Where is the quality setting?

I need to see if I can make file size smaller. The finished Scene is currently over 10 MB and there will be three more Scenes for a total of four. That could end up with a file that's 40 MB. I'm afraid it will load slowly.
The finished Scene only has images (almost all of them from Content Gallery), no video or audio. It's about 23 slides.
Articles indicate I can adjust a quality setting. That quality setting is supposedly in the Publish window. I don't have that. Here's what I see.
Help, please.

The quality settings can be changed in the Publish dialog as described here, under Step 4.
Is this what you're looking for (see attached)? Once you click the Publish button, if you then select 'Optimized for standard delivery', it gives you Quality options you can adjust.
Thank you, Tara. That's what I needed. I didn't realize there were links on that window. (If you run your mouse too far to the left there's no indication. That's me today...too far to the left :)
If you have a large number of photo images, you may want to check their color count and then reduce to 256 or so. That will reduce your file size substantially. I took one image from the content library (original file size in use is 337KB) then reduced the color to 256 (new size is 98KB) with no discernible difference in viewing.
Thank you, David. How do I reduce color one by one? Image by image, I mean.
Try GIMP (free), PaintShopPro ($80), Photoshop or Illustrator ($$). You can also perform a batch on all of your image files at once.
