Which product should I use?

Hi everyone. I'm new to Articulate 360 and I'm starting to explore different ways to build e-learning courses. 

Are there any guidelines about which product to use for what?  I noticed that some things can be done in more than one way using different products of the suite. For example, I could build a whole course using Storyline, but some features could be developed in Rise instead.  Maybe there is some paper or tutorial that explains the pros & cons of each case.
