Hi Axel, not sure why but the "Please answer this question" message is not part of the feedback master. About all you can do to edit it is change the text that appears on the screen. You can do this by editing the custom text for the InvalidAnserText in the text labels section in the Player tab.
You can also adjust the colours by editing advanced color settings for the Notification Window in the Player tab.
The other thing you can do is create your own Invalid Answer layer. Here is a video to show you how to do this - it is from SL1 I believe so the user interface is different now but the technique should still work.
