Working with Fortune 500 types

Mar 28, 2015

We have some Fortune 500 clients that would like us to deliver some of our eLearning courses to their employees. Are they general minimum standards that our eLearning system needs to address before we deliver these courses?

Thank you.

Here are the things I like to discuss when kicking off a new project:

1. What are the branding guidelines I need to follow.

2. What authoring software am I required to develop in.

3. What LMS do you have and what publishing output do you need (LMS specific variables like granting credit are good to know ahead of time).

4. Is there existing content?

5. Do you have any research data to help support your training initiative.

6. What is the end deliverable.

7. What does your review process look like/do we need to establish one.

8. Who's my SME or point person.

9. Will the content need to be translated/globalized/localized.

10. Timeline of anaylsis, design, development, review and implementation.
