Just a quick question - Can we produce a slide with an action plan on it and this is the tricky bit....have it so the learner can write their actions on the slide itself and then print it off at the end?
Then is there some way we can capture those action plans internally?

You could build a html page Matthew Bibby has a great demo on his site for doing this.
If you have an LMS you could also capture this data inside of survey questions.
