In our course, we have a question created using the quizmaker.
After attempting the question, and moving ahead; when user comes back to the question page, and clicks Re-try Quiz, the learner is unable to leave the page without attempting it again. It shows a notification saying "You must complete the quiz in order to continue". Can we change this functionality to allow user navigate without getting the Notification pop-up window when he/she revisits the question page. I want to retain this notification for the first time the question is attempted.
In the Properties of the quiz, set "Allow user to leave quiz" to Anytime and then set "User may view slides after quiz" to After passing quiz. This'll give you the functionality that you're looking for.
Where are the properties for the quiz? I have a similar issue, I also would like it so students can continue the quiz even if they do not mark an answer.
You can set it so that user's do not have to answer all questions before completing by going to the Player Template and selecting "Submit all at once" and click on Edit. On that screen you'll click on Navigation on the left hand side, and you'll see a screen like below.
If you're also still looking for the Quiz Properties, that is the button next to Player Templates.
