Another method that people sometimes use in order to control the size of their Engage output is to insert the interaction into Presenter (even if the interaction is the only slide in the whole presentation). You can use a very streamlined player with no player controls, and set the player to "Display at user's browser size" and scale it to fill the browser window. Although the scaling means that there will be a bit of clarity lost if learners happen to have a huge monitor and maximize their browser window, for most situations the still good, and it's not a bad tradeoff considering the benefit of letting learners size the output up or down at will. (This method also means that you don't have to monkey around with changing the size in the html each time you publish.)
