I'm fairly new to this. I have my email link in the side panel with the presenter info, but I'd also like to put one the HELP tab, which I've created using FAQ. Is there a way to do this? I saw I could put in a hyperlink, so it makes me think I should be able to do it.
Do you mean you want to put it into the FAQ answer? If so, the Hyperlink is the way to do it. Instead of putting "Http://" and your email address, put in mailto:me@myemail.com If you want to add a subject into the email, you could put "mailto:me@myemail.com?Subject=The subject I want my email to have".

Hi Janet,
Do you mean you want to put it into the FAQ answer? If so, the Hyperlink is the way to do it. Instead of putting "Http://" and your email address, put in mailto:me@myemail.com If you want to add a subject into the email, you could put "mailto:me@myemail.com?Subject=The subject I want my email to have".
This is what it should output like:
Hope this helps

Chris,
I just tried it and it worked like a charm! Thanks so much for the little details (like a customized subject line), too.
Janet B.
No problem
You can add in a body in the same way (?body=This is the content I want in the body) and add a cc/bcc the same too (?cc=someone.else@somewhere.com)
