Within any text element, you can either use the insert reference function or type into the box %variablename% where variablename is the name of the variable you want to display.
So to make a box in the upper right corner of your slide that displays the score:
1. Draw a box.
2. Double-click the box to edit text within the box.
3. Type in the box Your Score: %Results.ScorePoints%
One thing to watch for, if you have multiple results slides in your story, you'll want to make sure you're grabbing the right results variable.

I just found it. Enter in the text box.
%Results.ScorePoints%
James,
Not sure what you meant by text box. Could you share the steps please?
