Customized Illustrated Characters May 13, 2012 By Darren Mc Neill Is it, or will it be possible to create our own sets of illustrated Characters, if none of the provided ones are suitable?

You can create your own characters, but you couldn't integrate them into Storyline's insert menu. Here's an example of how you can use custom states and your own characters:
