500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

We recently launched our courses via our LMS (Talent LMS) in Tin Can and now have some learners running into the '500 Internal Server Error'.  As a temporary patch, we have these learners install a free VPN which does the trick but we are trying to figure out a better solution so this problem does not occur.  Our LMS provider has suggested we publish in SCORM and then their platform would deliver the courses via a CDN.  Does anyone have experience with this issue or any other suggestions or idea?  Thank you!  Chandra
