Hi Steven- welcome to E-Learning Heroes!

We encourage the creation of custom Engage interactions, but you can't really customize existing interactions unless you were to re-create them Check out the below links:

Introduction to the Articulate Engage SDK

Download 3 New Engage ’09 Community Interactions

If you're looking for ideas for interaction types, there's a lengthy thread in our old forums on the topic:

Ideas for Engage Community Interactions

Hope this helps, and we'll look forward to seeing what you create!

Hi Gabe

I've got a very tight deadline for the project I'm working on so don't  have time to re-create the interactions I think I'll just have to use the the existing interactions and customise them as best I can from the available options in the Engage interface

It would be nice to be able to edit the existing interactions - is this a possibility in future releases of the SDK?

Hi Steven,

We don't announce features of our future products  However, if you'd like to see that ability in a future release, please submit a feature request to us by using the link below:

I think Engage is the most important part of Articulate Most of my courses are built at least 60% with interactions

Why don't you guys start something like a Marketplace for Interactions ? (like the appstore) I would gladly pay for some interesting new interactions to jazz up my courses

Maybe you could start a project with the Envato marketplace or something like it

Articulate has the best support in the market, but the development area is SLOW

Make Tom Kullman the head manager of development !
