Do you mean - as in branching? If so, yes under the slide properties tab. You can have Articulate Studio link within your content/module and link to your internet-based locations (if your LMS allows it and if your corporate system firewall allows it). "Deep linking" is one of Articulate Studio '09 & '13 best features.

If you publish just the elearning pages you want learners to go to as "Web", you can create just those pages as a module/course and the output will be "html or html 5" then place this html script on the website that users will access and the Articulate html link will take them to your content pages. Html 5 is your mobile published file if developing for mobile learning.
