Hi Tami,

Are the individual files not opening or are the programs as a whole not opening? You posted this in the Developer SDKs and APIs section - so I'm not sure which program you're working with - but I'd suggest to confirm that you're:

  • Project files are saved locally, saving them to a network or shared drive could cause issues with the overall project and lead to corruption
  • Conduct a repair of the application, here are the directions for Storyline 

If you're still having difficulty, please let us know which program you're using and a bit more information about the troubleshooting steps you've already gone through.
