Im sorry to say Ali, but after researching this exact thing for a client of mine last year, we came to the sad conclusion that there are NO ways which 100% convert Flash SWF based interactivity to HTML5.

So much so, that I am now swamped with work converting other developers Flash based eLearning to HTML5 in time for the December 2020 "end" of Flash.

Writing some middleware tools for Flash helped automate the process of extracting all the images, text, audio, video and timing markers. This then can be imported into Storyline quite easily, and then you begin the uphill slog of recreating the course and all its interactivity!
