AI Voice Availability Differences Between Storyline and Rise – Anyone Else Noticed This?
Agreed - I used Mark - Natural Conversations Male | Younger | Dialog for an eLearning in Rise, and then when I went to add him in Storyline for a demo I created, he wasn't there. Had to go back and change voices so the demo would match the rest of the eLearning.

- Are you running the latest version of Storyline 360?
- What keywords are you searching in the search bar for the Voice Library within Storyline?

This might be part of the issue. I can't seem to get Storyline 360 to update, I don't think...What version SHOULD I be using? If it's not this version, that may answer a bunch of Storyline questions I've got 🤣

We're currently on Build 3.116.36776.0. Where do you get stuck when trying to update Storyline? Do you see an error message or does the page freeze? If it's easier to provide a screenshot or screen recording, you can upload that here!
It seems to start updating, then it give a little black "toast" in the lower right corner of my screen that says the update was not able to be installed. I probably need to contact support next week. I'm having other issues with Storyline and I'd love to get them resolved. Maybe updating will solve them all! 🤣
