Hello EchoBravo001, 

Thanks for reaching out! I completely understand the importance of security when working with secure industries. I can confirm that Articulate has a zero data retention policy with our AI subprocessors, including OpenAI. This means that any data you input is not stored or logged by OpenAI. 

  • I'd like to call out some additional details from our AI Security and Privacy document: 
    • Data Privacy: Customer data is not used for AI training purposes. Once the AI processes your input, the data is promptly deleted from our servers and those of our subprocessors.
    • Security Standards: We comply with high-security standards, including CCPA, GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701, ensuring your data is handled with the utmost care.
