Articulate Review refreshes itself, sending us back to the beginning
This has been happening for a few weeks now. I thought maybe it would sort itself out, but now it is affecting our clients.
It happens to me while editing the module and going through the Feedback. Occasionally Review will refresh and send me back to the beginning. This is annoying, but not that bad when I can scroll back down. It happens randomly, I haven't noticed any pattern, only that is pretty consistent and predictable (predictable as in, I know it will happen to any one of my projects, regardless of what it is).
However, my coworker reported the same issue on her end, except it refreshes during her actual review of the module, sending her back to the beginning. She reported it happening every 10 minutes but I don't know if that number is accurate. That's far more frustrating than refreshing comments because she needs to start the module over completely. This is very time-consuming for a problem that is out of our hands.
Now it's affecting our clients. We got comments back from one and their first comment says: "Both of us were timed out at some point during the training. How long at rest until the module times out? If it does time out, is it possible to save the progress already made? It currently requires you to go back to the beginning of the module. "
So this is happening on 3 different machines.
Is this a known issue and working on being fixed? We really can't have our clients being forced to re-do the entire module while reviewing. We are now thinking of sending them a non-Review link, but that defeats the entire purpose of Review.
Let me know what we should do!
Thanks!
This behavior is now fixed! Please let us know you you continue to see issues and thank you again for your patience!

I am interested in this also as I have experienced this myself. I thought the author had uploaded a new version but they hadn't.

I'm having this same issue. Working on Mac OS 16.4.1 and this happens in all browsers. Been happening for a few weeks now, though I appear to be the only person in the workgroup who is experiencing this.
Hello LaurenAdamson, RachelSutton-fd, and abeo,
Sorry to hear you’re running into issues with Review 360—I’m happy to help investigate this with you.
We’ve received similar reports from users accessing Review 360 on Macs with IPv6 enabled, where Review intermittently refreshes. To help narrow things down, could you confirm if your setup includes IPv6 on a Mac and whether switching temporarily to IPv4 improves the behavior? abeo, since I understand you’re using a Mac, are you able to check if IPv6 is enabled on your system?
LaurenAdamson and RachelSutton-fd if possible, please also share your computer’s OS version. Additionally, when the issue occurs, are you only experiencing random refreshes, or are you also being logged out of Review 360?
Your details will help us troubleshoot more effectively. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Eric,
Thanks for the response, I'm relieved it isn't an isolated incident.
I am on Windows 10 most recent version. They are just random refreshes, I am not being logged out.
Thanks,
Lauren
You’re very welcome, LaurenAdamson! I’m glad we could clear things up, and I really appreciate you sharing your setup and experience. 😊
When you get a chance, could you check if your device is connected to IPv6? It’ll help us get a clearer picture of what’s going on. Here’s a quick way to check:
- Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi or Ethernet (depending on what you’re using)
- Click on Hardware properties or View additional properties
- Look for an IPv6 address
Thanks again for your help—looking forward to hearing back from you.
Hello everyone, 🎉
I'm happy to share that we've made an update to Review 360 that we believe addresses the issue causing some users to experience intermittent refreshing or unexpected sign-outs.
Since this is a web-based fix, you don't need to install anything—it should apply automatically. You should find that the issue no longer occurs, even with IPv6 enabled.
If you continue to experience any trouble or need assistance with anything else, feel free to reach out here in the E-Learning Heroes Community or through a private support case. We're always happy to help!
