Articulate Review Requiring Sign In To Comment
I loaded a course to Review and checked the box to allow comments without signing in. My SME tried accessing this morning and she is unable to comment, it keeps asking for her to sign in. I've changed the settings back and forth and even added a password. Nothing is making it change. I haven't had this problem in the past. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

I'm having a similar issue where anyone who has previously had an Articulate account is being asked to log in, even though the box for allowing individuals without an account to comment.

This setting will allow users without an Articulate account to comment without logging in. If users created an Articulate account in the past, they'd still be prompted to sign in before commenting. Please let me know if you have any questions!

My SME reviewed one course. They do not have an Articulate account. They created a login and password when prompted. I sent them a new Review Link. Now they cannot remember their login and password. Can you help me?

I am having this issue if I place the hyperlink in a PowerPoint presentation. If I add the link to our digital workplace, it works fine. Any thoughts?

Hello again! I have another client who is having this same issue. Her email is with rutgers.edu. She cannot remember her password and cannot sign in. She has tried the link to reset the password several times and she never receives anything on her end. She called Articulate support but the tech could not help her. How can I help her?
