Audio Delay When Published But Not When Previewed
So the resolution for me boiled down to going into each slide of the project and deleting the screen recordings at the slide level. This fixed the audio lag.
I'm now having this issue.
What do you mean "delete the screen recordings at the slide level?"

Hi RobertNowak-b54,
I'm sorry to hear you're also experiencing an audio delay issue in your Storyline project. I'm happy to learn more about your current setup!
- Are you working on your local hard drive? We recommend this to help avoid experiencing any unexpected behavior.
- Just to confirm, what publishing format are you selecting?
- Do you experience this audio delay when publishing your course to Review 360?
It will be helpful for us to do some further testing if you're comfortable sharing your file. You can upload it here or privately in a support case, and we'll be sure to delete your file once troubleshooting is complete.- RobertNowak-b549 months agoCommunity Member
I am working on a local hard drive. The lag occurs when it is published to our test LMS (Cornerstone Saba) but does not appear when I preview the slides. It generally happens on the first slide, or first two. If I replay the slide, it works correctly. It's as if the audio is loading after the rest of the slide.
Still working out whether I am able to share these files with you. I see you have servers in the US and Frankfort. Can you confirm this would only be stored on US servers? Where is the support team who would view it be located?

Hi RobertNowak-b54,
You can also test the course in SCORM Cloud to help you isolate if the issue is specific to the Saba platform. If you're working on a Storyline 360 project, you can share the course privately by opening a case with our support team here. Since we move our files locally for testing and then delete them afterward, your Storyline 360 project files aren't saved to any of our servers.
Also, we have a global support team, some of whom aren't in the US, but rest assured your files will be treated with utmost confidentiality!
