Audio upload in RISE360 not working ??

Hi, is anyone else having issues with Audio upload files not working today? All other audio options are working fine, but a file i had uploaded some time ago - isnt working now and i tried to reupload and its extremely quiet.. even though my volume is max. 

I deleted that segment and added new audio segment - same issue.. not working. 

Tried another audio file, same issue not working.

Not sure if just me and my course or something is wrong
