Batch publish mode?
I wish. WISH WISH, there was a batch publish ability in SL360. I work on 10+ projects at any one time and when they're finished it's normally a case of Friday afternoon, setting aside everything to simply publish.
Has there been any word on something of this ilk? I personally don't care if it's macro-clunky based, rather than polished. It will always get better :)
Many thanks

Hi folks,
Coming back on here from my last post 3 years ago. I have just finished a project where I had to make a few small edits to about 20 Storyline files, and the process of manually publishing and zipping each one of these was laborious.
I also had to produce edits to about 40 videos; in that case, I was able to batch-export them and go do something else, which was great.
I'd really like to push the request for a batch publish mode. And also an automatic zipping of SCORM packages. We choose the SCORM output so zipping it automatically should be a default. I moved from iSpring to Storyline which did this as a default.
Hi ScottWilson-8c0,
Thanks so much for sharing how beneficial batch publishing would be for you and your team. I've shared your feedback with our developers and will let you know if we have any news to share.

Hello! It's been another 2 years since anyone updated this post. I would also find it helpful to publish multiple episodes at once. We have to publish 30+ episodes monthly and there is a lot of redundant, manual effort that goes into publishing each one. An update on this would be appreciated.
Hello Jessica,
Thanks for letting us know that you're interested in this feature. We're still tracking this as a feature request and let everyone subscribed to this thread know when it makes it to our product roadmap.

Unfortunately there hasn't been any improvements on this in the past 6 years but it's been added to the request pile a few times. As someone else suggested, it'd be great to make ALL requests public so the community can vote and it'd be easier for your as well to see the answer to the "Will it benefit a majority of users? question. There are many features that would make our lives easier, but it looks like years need to pass before they get implemented (if at all). For example, adjusting the playback speed came up as a request 7 years ago and got a response 3 years ago...

I work with lots of files which all share the same templates. One colour change and it means I have to open every file one by one and republish. Any new Articulate interface change and we republish e.g video transcripts, It would be really beneficial to be able to batch publish them all to SCORM.
Hi Hugh!
Thanks for sharing the feedback on how bulk publishing from Storyline could improve your workflow! I've included your voice in the Feature Report and will update this discussion if it makes it onto our Feature Roadmap!
For your reference, here's a closer look at how we manage Feature Requests.

I'd like to request a batch publish feature as well. I've 13 Storyline files ready for publish and I have to publish them all separately and choose the zip option.
I have come from iSpring and it would Zip projects automatically. Makes sense to do this seeing as a SCORM file is a ZIP file.
Hi Raphael.
I understand how such a feature could come in handy, especially for organizations that have a high volume of courses that need to be republished. While this feature hasn't made it to our feature roadmap yet, this discussion is connected to the report, so we'll be sure to notify you when we have news to share.
You can keep an eye on the upcoming features through the link below:

Hi, all.
Is there any news on this request? It's been now several years since this request (and others like it) has been made, I wonder if there is any real commitment on Articulate's part to find a solution to this problem that seems to affect several users...
Is there a way for the users to have a look at the feature request report? You should made it public so that people could be aware of existing request and also upvote those they think could be useful.
Thank you.

Are there any updates on publishing courses in bulk? Would be a huge time saver for us.
Hi Dominik,
No updates yet, but I added you to the feature request report!
Here's a bit more about how we work to prioritize feature requests.
