Best Image size for Header in Rise
Hi, Eric. I am struggling to get background images in Rise 360 to match across different sections. Not the graphics themselves, but just the background so things don't shift. I'm trying to create a seamless background image that includes different types of blocks (text, image, flashcards, lists, etc.) and simply cannot get it to work. I'd appreciate any help the community can give. THANK YOU!

Hello BessCrawford,
Happy to help!
Each block in Rise 360 has a background, and there isn't a way to make the background uniform across the entire course. I imagine the division between the blocks would be visible if you're using the same background for all of the blocks. Would you mind sharing screenshots of what you're seeing to help us visualize your challenges? Alternatively, feel free to share your Rise 360 course by opening a case with our support team here so we can take a look at your background image to see if the appearance in the course can be improved.

What about the size of the lesson header image? I've been searching the internet for this. Finally played around till I got something usable. I don't think that the header images are responsive - neither the cover image nor the lesson headers.

Hello KarenGerfenG147,
Thanks for reaching out!
Rise 360 is responsive, and images that span the screen in cover images and lesson headers will adjust depending on the device you are viewing and its orientation. While there isn't a specific recommended file size, it's best to use high-quality images. The maximum file size for each image is 5 GB. If a specific portion of the image must be visible, I'd recommend cropping the image.
Is there a specific image you want to include that isn't displaying as you hoped? We'd be happy to look at your image file and course link in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
