If you're viewing your published Rise 360 course with the embedded Storyline 360 block on a desktop browser, then the embedded block should play automatically by design. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so I can check to see how we can get it to play automatically when viewed using a desktop browser? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
Hello Jose, thank you for responding. I seem to this type of work very infrequently, and generally forget what I did for this. I am ATM looking at the look you provided. So leave it with me for now whilst I review the instructions in the link and apply this to the storyline file. If I am still 'stuck', I'll chime back with you. Appreciate your help!
