Bookmark dont work :(
Hello. Can someone help me with a bookmark issue?
I have a course that, until I exit for the first time, marks everything as viewed correctly. However, when I exit and re-enter to revisit the course, instead of taking me to the last page viewed, it always sends me to the same page (in the middle of the course). Why could this be happening and how can I solve it?
In the player, I have 'Always Resume' enabled.
Thank you.

Hi catia,
In your STORY VIEW, do the slides appear in the correct order and with the correct slide numbering?
Ive seen similar "resume" behaviour to what you are describing in courses that have strange Scene numbering and non-sequential running order. Is there anything like that in your course?

Hi Andrew,
The course is not very large, it has about 40 slides. It starts with a branch page with 6 buttons that must be consulted sequentially (from 1 to 6), and each of them directs to a different scene. In other words, in Scene 1 there are 6 buttons that point to the remaining scenes, and at the end of each of these scenes, it returns to Scene 1 (like a menu).

Is it in an LMS?
When a course is complete and reopens it will open in review mode, but that generally restarts at the beginning.
Are you using SCORM 1.2 the resume data limit on that is low and large courses will often restart in the wrong place, you can solve this by publishing to SCORM 2004 v3 or above if your LMS supports it.- catiaSousaCommunity Member
Yes, this happens in an LMS.
Unfortunately, the LMS only supports 1.2 :( The behavior is strange because, from that scene onwards, even if I have already completed the course (marked as completed on the platform), if I enter the course again, everything from that point on is as if it hasn't been seen...Hello catiaSousa,
Happy to help!
It sounds like you're exceeding the 4096-character suspend data limit set for the SCORM 1.2 learning standard. Exceeding this limit will cause the resume behavior of your course to behave erratically. You can enable your course's debug logs to confirm if this is the case. All you have to do is enable the logs, go through your course from start to finish, and then check the logs for any error messages indicating that the limit has been reached.
If your course is exceeded the limit, consider using SCORM 2004 3rd or 4th edition to fix the issue. If the suspend data is below 4096, please open a case with our support team so we can test your course to check what's happening.

I tink PhilMayor is right here. This sounds to my as an issue with SCORM 1.2 en Resume to Saved state for the slides. If you supports SCORM 2004 try exporting as SCORM 2004 and see if the problem is solved.
