Button on base layer not visible on other layers
I have a button on my base layer that won't show on the other layers of my slide. Any ideas why?
The other objects on the base layer show fine from the layer, it is just the button that won't, either in preview or when I click on the layer to view it. The button has a trigger on it, to show the layer. There's no trigger to hide the button...that I can find.
Go to a layer and expand the Base Layer Objects. Is the button on the base layer hidden in this layer?

Thank you for your speedy reply and perfect answer Nedim - that's exactly what it was. I've never realised there are base layer object controls hiding at the bottom of the objects menu on the layers.
Which leads me to another thought - I wonder if objects are existing in both places and taking up more storage space in the file - not super important, but good to know when I'm handling massive files.
It is still a single object that exists only on the base layer.
