Can a Camtasia video with time markers be used in a Rise360 course?
Camtasia only supports time markers if the video is exported using their Smart Player. I still get an MP4, but the time markers only used when the video is played through the Smart Player. Is it possible to upload the whole package (video and Smart Player) into a Rise360 course, so that time markers in the video appear?

PeterVenn-e864b and IldikoOlah-17df , did either of you ever get an answer for this? I'm trying to add a Camtasia video with Marker Hotspots to Articulate Rise and although the video loads, the hotspot interaction does not work in Rise.
Can anyone confirm either way if this is possible? Thanks.

I use Camtasia a lot too, and have found the same problem as you. Camtasia doesn't support markers unless the player accompanies the exported video. However, if a video is uploaded onto YouTube, then embedded into Rise360, time markers will work. Would that work for you?

Hi, I would also be interested in the answer. Have you already been able to find it out?
