Can you create an assessment in Storyline

Can you create an self-assessment in Storyline that is not graded but gives you a results page based on the answers you provide?

Thanks for reaching out! 

If you'd like to create a self-assessment style quiz in Storyline 360, you can make use of Survey Questions to build the questions. 

These types of questions aren't scored based on a Pass/Fail metric, but you can also include a Results Page for these questions that you can use to report the answers to an LMS. You can check out this article to learn more about form-based questions in Storyline 360:
