Complete All Blocks Above Before Moving On
Any idea why the "Complete All Blocks Above Before Moving On" in Rise doesn't work? I've set my course to progress in sequential order. It doesn't work this time. Any insight is much appreciated.

Hi Ang!
Sorry to hear you've run into trouble with the playback of your Rise 360 course!
I'd be happy to help troubleshoot, and have some follow up questions to start:
- Are you experiencing this issue when previewing the course in Rise? Or after it's been published to a specific format, like LMS or the Web?
- Does the same issue occur across multiple, supported browsers? Also, does clearing your browser's cache make an improvement?
- Have you embedded any Storyline Blocks in the Rise course, before the Continue Block? If so, it's possible the Storyline course is missing a 'Complete Course' Trigger. Or the incorrect tracking options were chosen when publishing from Storyline. Rise 360 cannot automatically detect completion or progress inside that Storyline content unless the Storyline file explicitly sends a “completion” signal.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
