Config file missing

Hi,
I just updated a Storyline file we created years ago (in Storyline 3 or older). We had already updated this file last year, and thus converted it to Storyline 360. Also last year and even in February 2025, we have published this file for LMS and uploaded it to our LMS. All flawless.

But today, when I published for LMS, zipped and tried to upload it, our LMS says ERR_SCORM_CONFIG_FILE_NOT_FOUND. Indeed, when I open the published folder, I find the folders html5, mobile and story-content, but not the folder lms. Where did it go? There is also a lot of other files missing.

Moreover, I did the same thing with the translated version of this same module, and that was no problem at all.

Anyone had this before and knows what I can do to resolve it?

    Happy to help!

    Based on the assets shown in the 'faulty' screenshot, it appears you may have inadvertently published your Storyline course as a Web package. Do you mind re-publishing that same course, but this time choosing the LMS tab on the left-side of the publishing window?
