Conflict Resolution/De-Escalation

Hi all,

Does anyone have an example of an online de-escalation or conflict resolution training?

    Hi Anna. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any examples of this type of training shared in the community. I know there are some excellent TED Talks on this topic that might give you a framework to start from.

    Hi Anna - I sent you a message with a link to a Level  1 Conflict and Resolution Storyline course. You may wish to add some video segments on the topic to the course that you build. I think HRSolutions has some good videos. Please confirm that you were able to open the course. Good luck.
