Course Resume visits already viewed content

Hi everyone!
Good news! We are no longer seeing this bug in the latest version of Storyline 360 (Build 3.72.29699.0) where an object's state will not be saved or remembered after clicking to show layer when a course is relaunched and the player Resume property is set to “Prompt to resume” or “Always resume”.
To insure you don't continue to see this bug download the latest version of Storyline 360 via the Articulate 360 desktop app. Here's an article on how to do that.
Please let us know if you're still noticing the issue, and we'd love to continue troubleshooting with you in a support case.
Alright, I've uploaded and tested my course in SCORM Cloud. When I am prompted to resume, it does appear to be working correctly. However, it only prompts me to resume every other time. Example:
- Enter the course for the first time, complete part of it and exit.
- From SCORM Cloud, choose Relaunch Course at which point I am prompted to 'Resume' and all of my progress is just as I would expect it.
- Continue taking more of the course (but do not complete it), then exit.
- From SCORM Cloud, choose Relaunch Course and now the course is completely reset to the very beginning.
This is repeatable over and over again. How can I get my course to truly resume every time a user revisits it before they've completed it?
