Custom drop list knowledge check quiz

I have created a knowledge check using the drop down slide. I filled in the choices and their matches. When I go to preview the slide and answer the questions it keeps telling me that my answers are incorrect though I know I've made all of teh correct choices. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Please help.

    Would you be willing to share your Storyline project file so I can better assist you? I'd be happy to examine how the knowledge check slide is set up to look for possible clues. You may also share it privately by sending it along in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing.

      My problem was that I was using the template and what I needed was the free
      form version. I finally found it and was able to create what I needed.
