Dark mode for Storyline 360
Hi there
Just wondering if there is a way now (or will be...) in SL360 settings to have the build tool adjustable to a dark grey background and tool bars like in the MS Office suite and Adobe CC programs. I jump from those with a nice dark grey to Storyline 360 and it's bright white window is a bit of a jolt on the eyes...

Hundreds of users have been asking for a basic accessibility feature for more than half a decade and Articulate's response, over and over again, has been "meh - deal with it." Completely unacceptable.
I completely agree. We veteran designers are on the computer 8+ hours a day and are not getting any younger. The Dark Modes for Adobe and Microsoft products are lifesavers. We pay thousands in annual fees to Articulate. Dark Mode is essential, and is a reason we barely use it. It's too painful!
Yes, I agree with you Michael! Dark mode in Adobe products is such a life saver for my eyes! I wish this would get implemented sooner than later!
Yeah, this is kind of crazy that it's been asked for, for six years, yet no updates on it. I've been developing more in RISE and other platforms but am getting back to Storyline and hate feeling like I'm getting blinded by hi-beams on the highway from oncoming traffic in using it. It should not be that difficult as it's just a GUI implementation. Please make this a priority ASAP! I want to keep using Storyline but not if my retinas are getting nuked. 🤣
It's 2025 now... and Dark mode still isn't an option??? Honestly the AI that I've seen being prioritized is terrible. Dark mode would make dev's so much happier. Please make it happen.

YES! I completely agree, dark mode would be very nice to have. It's easier on the eyes. Dark mode for this website as well :)
+1 I would love to see a darkmode in Storyline! It would be so much nicer to work in if the interface has a less intense white beam in your face.
Currently trying to stave off a migraine and dark mode would be VERY helpful. This is an accessibility issue. With the current focus on improving accessibility in Storyline, why not add this as well? For heaven's sake, there are 6 pages of asks for this over 5 years.
And think about it, they've not responded meaningfully to this request.
Every technology is moving to dark mode capabilities but not the leader in

I desperately need Dark Mode. This white background is ruining my eyesight!
5 years later and its not even on the roadmap, not a good look for Articulate is it. I think you need to hire a few more developers, this case is not an isolated one.
