DeepL translations and xlf files don't work
When I export an xlf or xliff file from a Rise course and then drop it into the DeepL translator (Pro version), it displays an error message:
Course Title.xlf
This file couldn’t be translated due to a technical issue. (unsupported_document_version)
Anybody know why this happens or knows of a workaround?
Thanks.

Hi MaryJames-bdc0f,
Thanks for reaching out!
The issue you experienced may have been related to the outage of many third-party services last night. Are you still experiencing the issue with uploading translation files to DeepL? If yes, are multiple translation files affected or just a select number of files? If you're still consistently experiencing the behavior, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your Rise 360 translations files for testing.- MaryJames-bdc0fCommunity Member
Thank you for your response. This issue happens to both myself and my teammate. It has been a real challenge to figure out what to do. I will open a case and see if you can figure out what's happening.
