Delays in Quick Share Metrics Reporting
I am experiencing LONG delays with metrics reporting when users access a course through Quick Share. Sometimes it is up to 12 hours later before the stats appear in the Quick Share Engagement section.
I want to rely on this information being readily available so I can verify a user finishes one course before assigning the next.
What is the normal time it takes to appear? Any way I can speed up mine?

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing delays with the reporting of Rise 360 Quick Share metrics.
You shouldn't have to take any extra steps to speed up the process. Also, learner metrics taking 12 hours to populate is certainly not the expected behavior. Metrics typically appear instantaneously, so it's possible that something else may be getting in the way. I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to start:
- Does the same behavior occur across all supported browsers, or is it specific to one?
- Have you tried opening the course in a private/incognito browser window to verify whether the metrics populate more quickly?
- Are you able to test your Quick Share links using a different network? If you're on a corporate network, try accessing the course from a home network or mobile hotspot to see if that improves the issue.
