Details about AI pricing
Hi, I just discovered the new AI features, and mainly text-to-speech with the new AI voices that are just mind ear blowing !
What is unclear to me is the exact price of such features : I did see that Articulate AI is 300$ more per user per year, but I can't find wether that includes a given number of tokens/credits per month, each AI use spending some, like I see in other products (VTS Editor for example).
Can someone enlighten me please ?

An Articulate 360 AI subscription is $250 more than a Standard subscription. We don't use a token/credit system. All features are available for the duration of your subscription. Check out our pricing page for additional details.

Why not charge a little bit more for the standard license and make the AI features available to all Articulate users?
So to be clear, for the group/team "e-learning platform for the workplace". Our Admin would need to request the $250 AI features upgrade for individual users by user name?
The problem we are having is that our entire team doesn't need AI, just ones that use Articulate on a daily basis. We can't get approval to spend $250 on everyone when only some of us need the feature. It would be awesome if the feature could added per user/license and not an "everyone or noone" situation.

I'm in the same boat. I've been trying to get someone from Articulate to help me for the past 9 months or so. Nobody even emailed me back for about 8 months. Finally, I contacted support, and someone sent me a quote for a separate Teams account with 1 seat + AI. I think this is just another example of how Articulate really doesn't work well with those of us in the higher ed market. It's too bad, because it could be a huge market for them.
Does the $250 per user on the team relate to all seats or just active seats? anyone? thanks
