Dictionary creation - making a layer disappear when another one is selected
Hello everyone!
I am creating a dictionary where you'd click on one term on the left panel, and the aim is when clicking on another term the previous layer will disappear and only display the laye...

See if this helps. There are two options, because I'm not sure what you need to do. The "Easier" puts each letter (or set of letters) on separate slides. The "Harder" puts the entire glossary on one slide. As you may suspect, the "Easier" version is much simpler to construct. For more letters, duplicate the slides and key words and layers for "Easier". For "Harder, duplicate the layers and states. In both cases, you will need to change the contents of the text boxes and the targets of the triggers. They should both appear the same to the learner. For both of them, I set them to return to A with no definition selected, while B retains the previous selection.
