Does anyone else find Rise is slow these days?
Hi Everyone!
I’m happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue that was causing slowdowns while authoring course content. There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
If you’re still experiencing slowdowns, first please ensure any browser plugins have been disabled. Also, when working with large scale courses, some slowdowns are expected. To remedy that, we suggest breaking larger courses down into smaller pieces.
If you have questions about this update, or the issue you reported, please connect with our team through a support case.
Thank you!
I've been having issues the last 24 hrs. Rise is behaving erratically and timing out when adding new blocks or publishing to SCORM. It feels like server upgrades are happening in the background. Similar experience in Storyline earlier today too when trying to publish to Review 360.

Hi RichardMatas307!
Sorry to hear you've run into these setbacks while authoring in Rise and Storyline!
Are you experiencing these timeouts in Rise regardless of which Block is being added, or is the behavior specific to one? Also, does clearing your browser's cache, or using an incognito browser make any difference?
For Storyline, if you've already confirmed you are working locally, and a repair of your Storyline installation doesn't solve the issue, please connect with our team through a support case. They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!
