Does anyone else find Rise is slow these days?
Hi Everyone!
I’m happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue that was causing slowdowns while authoring course content. There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
If you’re still experiencing slowdowns, first please ensure any browser plugins have been disabled. Also, when working with large scale courses, some slowdowns are expected. To remedy that, we suggest breaking larger courses down into smaller pieces.
If you have questions about this update, or the issue you reported, please connect with our team through a support case.
Thank you!
I actually was going to open a topic about it when I ran into yours.
Since yesterday I get the error: something went wrong. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists.
So here I am. It is really annoying because I'm working on a Rise course but I'm not able to make any changes because every time I get this error and have to start all over. I already tried another browser but it doesn't make any difference.
Someone from support who can help me with this?

Hi tweline!
So sorry to hear you've been locked out from authoring in Rise 360!
I've opened a support case on your behalf so our support engineers can work with you directly on this issue. You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with them, and they should be connecting with you shortly!
In the meantime, does using an incognito/private browser window improve the behavior at all?

Just tried Incognito and it's in fact worse - even slower!
