Duplicate layer not working
Hey, everyone. I am currently experiencing an issue with triggers not working. I have a layer where a user drags a group over a garbage bin. All of the images in the group then disappear, and other images appear and follow motion paths to make it look like the objects are being dumped in the bin. I duplicated the slide because I wanted to do the exact same thing, but with other images. The first layer is dumping components, the second layer is dumping scrap tape. Everything is set exactly the same; the images are just different. I made sure all of my pictures are set correctly (hidden, normal) and that everything in the triggers are set to the specific layer. But it is not working. In the second layer, the user drags the group over the garbage bin, and nothing happens. I wanted to see if I messed something up, so I duplicated the first layer and made absolutely no changes to it to see if it would work. It did not. So I know it is nothing I am setting incorrectly in terms of triggers. Could this be a glitch? I have uploaded a file with the slide and layers so people can take a look. Please, any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!
Hi Jennifer, change the triggers to "Object dropped on" target(s).
There is a reason why dropped on target works and drag over does not work if there is more than one drag action layer. The precise explanation is better explained by Articulate engineers - I would like to know the reason again too.

Hello, Ange! Thank you so much! This worked! It completely solved my problem. I appreciate your help so much!
Additionally, I am having issues with a subsequent layer where I am trying to simulate the process of removing grease with a swab. The grease is three freeform images, and the swab is a .jpg picture. I set the triggers to make the freeform images disappear when the user drags the .jpg over them. It doesn't work perfectly, but it works. However, I set a checkmark to appear when the state of all vectors is hidden, but it is not working. Do you know why? Thanks!

As far as new issue, It could be a few reasons.
Can you upload your new story file? It would make it quicker to troubleshoot.
